A new format of recreation in Sun Village Arkhyz: a cozy gazebo-tent among the pines

The Sun Village Arkhyz Park Hotel invites you to hold special events in an atmospheric pavilion-tent, organically integrated into the forest landscape. The playground is located in a pine forest at an altitude of 1,550 meters, where clean mountain air is combined with thoughtful comfort.

Thanks to its lightweight construction, transparent roof and textile draperies, the tent is equally good on sunny days and cool evenings. Inside there are comfortable benches and tables, a central area with a live fire, and you can organize an outdoor barbecue to add comfort and warmth to the event.

Which events are ideal for this venue:

• Family holidays. A birthday, anniversary, or a warm meeting of loved ones surrounded by nature. The space is designed for a chamber company, where each guest feels like a part of the event.
• Wedding ceremonies and dinners. The romantic atmosphere of the tent, framed by trees, will become a natural decor for check-in and a small banquet.
• Corporate meetings in an informal format. Team building, a strategic session, or the team's final dinner — in such an environment it is easier to build a trusting dialogue and generate ideas.
• Creative evenings. Poetry readings, acoustic concerts, chamber performances and master classes — the acoustics and privacy of the venue enhance the effect of a live performance.
• Gastronomic events. Tastings, themed dinners and cooking shows from the chef of the hotel restaurant, complemented by forest views and evening lights.
• Retreats and practices. Meditation, yoga, breathing practices and group trainings — the natural environment helps to immerse yourself in the process.

The venue is versatile: it can be adapted to different scenarios, from a complete event—style design to a minimalistic "only nature and guests" format. In combination with the hotel's services (catering, transfer, accommodation), you get a turnkey solution.
